Keystone staff engages in ongoing professional development through the acquisition of continuing education credits and participation in workshops, advanced accreditation and certification programs. Keystone provides regular in-services and didactics in particular educational or clinical areas relevant to client and professional needs. One of our beliefs is that in order to be truly successful, we need to create a work environment where each individual reaches highest professional potential.
Keystone offers medical, dental and vision coverage to all of our full-time employees. Health insurance is provided through Aetna, which provides three levels of coverage for the employee, the employee’s spouse or same-sex domestic partner and the employee’s children. The plans differ primarily by the co-payment involved.
401(k) Plan – Together with ADP, Keystone provides a workplace savings plan with a wide range of investment options tailored to suit both conservative and aggressive investment strategies. Employees elect their contribution levels subject to IRS allowable limits.
Depending on the position and years of service, employees can accrue three to six paid vacation weeks per year. Some teacher positions start with a minimum of five weeks.
Some positions include relocation assistance from outside the state of Florida.
On-Site Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP program is a free and confidential on-site service designed to help our employees and their families deal with personal problems that interfere with work or home life.
Keystone offers employees a life insurance benefit. For a minimal cost, employees can purchase additional insurance for themselves or dependents, up to a maximum of $500,000 for the employee and spouse and up to $10,000 for a child.
Keystone provides the families of our employees with financial protection through long-term disability insurance. At no cost to the employee, this plan pays a portion of the employee’s income while disabled. The benefit is based on the employee’s base salary and is payable after a 180 days of missed work.
Our Employee Referral Program provides you with the opportunity to earn cash for assisting in our hiring efforts. Through our partnership with ADP, Keystone has other benefits to offer, such as discounted retailers, auto/home insurance, auto repair, reduced rates for health club memberships and more.
